3EX was founded by Rao, Tong, and An who are travel enthusiasts. Once, the founders went on a trip. Due to the terrible travel arrangements and accommodation, they have an awful travel experience. Therefore, Tong proposed that they could start a travel agency and provide the best-traveling quality for their clients.
